2024 Registration Information
Welcome to Season 2024. We request that you read and follow all instructions carefully. Registrations will be completed through Play HQ and if you have any problems or queries, please contact the club registrars.
Before registering it is important you read all the registration information provided below
Registration is now open and will close midnight Friday 9th February.
If you have a valid 2023 Active Kids Voucher, it must be used prior to 31st January 2024.
INTERMEDIATE and SENIOR teams are responsible for supplying an umpire for each round of the Winter competition. This forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
Active Kids
If you wish to use a 2023 Active Kids Voucher you must register before 31st January 2024. We cannot process 2023 vouchers after this date. Registrations will be kept open until 9th February 2024 for any potential vouchers in the new year.
Active Kids vouchers are offered to eligible parents/guardians of school enrolled children. Please make sure you have redeemed your voucher through Service NSW before registering your child.
Play HQ
You will require a Play HQ log in to register if you do not already have one. Families are able to link children under an adult log in.
If you need to register children in both NetSetGo and Junior competitions, you will need to use two different links which are provided below.
Click on ‘I have a Government Voucher’ option to enter your Active Kids Voucher. The plain ‘Voucher’ box is not for Active Kids.

Play HQ is not yet set up to register All Abilities Players, Non Players & BHSNA Life Members for this season.

General Information
Grades
The 2024 winter season grades are:
NetSetGo 7-9 years
Junior 10-14 years
Intermediate 15-19 years
Opens 16 years and over
BHSNA will endeavour to have similarly aged players within the same grades for Intermediate players (ie. there should not be a team of 15 year olds playing against a team of all 19 year olds). Please contact club registrars if you have any queries regarding these grades.
Documentation
New players are required to provide proof of age ie. birth certificate, drivers licence or passport to stpauls.registrars@gmail.com at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until this is received.
All registered members will be advised at a later date regarding photo ID requirements. Please keep an eye out for correspondence from the Registrars, this may go to your junk email, so please keep an eye out.
Volunteers
If you are able to assist the club by volunteering to umpire, coach, manage a team or join the committee, please email expressing your interest and we will have a committee member contact you. We are able to provide mentoring, advice and resources to assist volunteers.
Grading Day
All junior grades with more than one team will be graded. Players will be notified once registration has closed if grading is needed.
All Abilities Players
If you wish to register as an All Abilities Player, do not proceed at this stage. Instead, please email stpauls.registrars@gmail.com to advise of your intention to play and you will be provided further information on how to register.
Non Players
Please register your interest by email to stpauls.registrars@gmail.com and we will provide further instruction in 2024.
Note: A non player is a coach, umpire or committee member who does not play.
BHSNA Life Members
Please email stpauls.registrars@gmail.com to confirm you wish to register in 2024. We will notify you with further details.

Senior Players (Turning 18+ in 2024)

If you are registering as a pre-arranged team, please nominate a Team Captain and enter their name in the space provided. Team Captain please email player list to club registrar.
If you have not pre-arranged a team, please email the Registrar briefly detailing your playing experience and preferred grade.
All senior teams must provide their own umpire each week, to be allocated games by the Umpires Convenor.
