St Pauls Netball Club 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Presentation Day is coming up!
The AGM and following Presentation Day will be held at:
Toongabbie Sports Club (NOTE: change of venue from last year)
12 Station Rd
Toongabbie
Sunday 15th October at 1:00pm
At the AGM each committee portfolio will present a report. All St Pauls Netball Club committee positions for 2024 will be decided at the AGM.
All committee positions are open for nomination at the AGM. As the current holders of the positions will not be nominating, or the positions are currently vacant, we are particularly looking for nominations for:
- President and
- Coaching Coordinator
As per our constitution, all nominations must be received in writing prior to the start of the AGM. If you wish to nominate for a position complete the Committee Nomination Form (which can be found on our website under the helpful links tab) and bring the completed form with you for submission prior to the AGM.
Each team needs to have at least 1 representative attend the AGM.
Team trophies and Annual Perpetual trophies will be given out at the end of the AGM at our Presentation Day. Amenities of the club are available to attendees (eg coffee, drinks and food can be purchased.)
